3 Colors (“the App”) is provided by KEENGO / Arseniy Zlobin (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the App and this Privacy Policy page.

This Policy applies to the 3 Colors iOS app and the Privacy Policy pages:
3. Data Processed by the App
3 Colors does not run its own user-account server, does not require registration, and does not send your gameplay data to our servers.
The App may store the following data locally on your device:
- best scores by game mode;
- completed game counts by mode;
- achievement state that may be reported to Game Center;
- app preferences, such as haptic feedback settings;
- review prompt state.
This data is used to provide gameplay, best scores, achievements and preferences. It is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers.
4. Game Center
If you use Apple Game Center, the App may use Game Center for sign-in, showing your player avatar or initials, submitting scores, achievements and challenges.
Game Center data is processed by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy:

We do not receive your Apple ID, email address or payment information.
5. Sharing and App Store Reviews
If you use the Share feature, the App creates a result image and text on your device and passes them to the iOS Share Sheet. Any further processing depends on the service you choose.
The App may show a system App Store review prompt. This process is handled by Apple.
6. Gameplay Screen Protection
The App may locally react to system screenshot or screen-recording notifications to protect gameplay. The App does not receive, store or send us your screenshots or screen recordings.
7. Website and Privacy Policy Page
When you visit the KEENGO website, including this Privacy Policy page, the web server and connected analytics services may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, visited pages, referrer, cookies and page-view events.
The current website may use Yandex.Metrika, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and Bitrix technical cookies/scripts. This data is used to operate the website, measure visits and improve the website.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
Data may be processed by third parties only as needed to operate the services used:
- Apple Game Center and App Store;
- website and web analytics services when you visit the KEENGO website;
- website hosting and technical infrastructure providers;
- cases where disclosure is required by law.
9. Storage and Deletion
Local gameplay data is stored on your device until you delete the App or clear the device data.
Game Center data is stored and managed by Apple. You can manage it through Apple ID / Game Center settings.
Data related to website visits or email requests is kept only as long as necessary to process requests, operate the website, maintain security and comply with legal requirements.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You can:
- delete the App to remove local gameplay data from your device;
- disable or avoid using Game Center;
- manage Game Center data through Apple settings;
- clear cookies and website data in your browser settings;
- contact us at info@keengo.ru for applicable data requests.
11. Children
The App is not directed specifically at children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at info@keengo.ru.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at the same URL.
