Traylo is an app for tracking clear aligner wear time, reminders, statistics, achievements, and bite progress photos. We respect your privacy and do not collect personal data through the app.

2. Data Stored by the App

Traylo may store data on your device, including aligner wear time, app settings, reminders, achievements, usage history, and bite progress photos that you choose to add.

This data is used only to provide the app’s features and display your personal statistics.

3. Data Collection

We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. The app does not use advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, trackers, or third-party monitoring services that collect user data.

4. Local Storage and iCloud

The app’s primary data is stored locally on your device. If iCloud is enabled on your device, some app state may be synchronized through Apple iCloud services so your data can be available across your own devices. The app developer does not have access to this data.

Bite progress photos are stored locally on your device. Photo metadata may be included in local app backup archives if you use the backup feature.

5. In-App Purchases

Traylo may offer a full-version purchase through the Apple App Store. Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your credit card details or payment credentials.

6. Notifications and Apple Watch

The app may use local notifications for aligner wear reminders. If you use Apple Watch, app data may be exchanged between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple system services.

7. Camera and Photos Access

Traylo may request access to your camera or photo library only to let you add bite progress photos. These images are used within the app and are not sent to the developer.

8. Third-Party Services

The app uses Apple system services, including StoreKit, iCloud, notifications, WatchConnectivity, and Live Activities. Apple services are governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.

9. Children

The app is not designed to collect personal data from children and does not perform such collection.
