Mixoro (“the App”) is provided by KEENGO (“we”, “us”).  

This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed, why, and how it is handled.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to the Mixoro iOS app.

3. Data We Process

The App does not run its own custom user-account backend.

Depending on features you use, the App processes:

1. App content and preferences you create

- Favorite cocktails

- Bar ingredients and related app settings

- Other in-app preference data

2. iCloud/CloudKit sync data (if enabled by you)

- Your app data is synced via Apple iCloud/CloudKit

3. Rating data in CloudKit public database

- Cocktail key (what cocktail was rated)

- Rating value

- Update timestamp

- Pseudonymous `userHash` (derived from your Apple CloudKit record identifier; not your Apple ID email)

4. Subscription/purchase status (StoreKit)

- Subscription product identifiers

- Purchase/entitlement status and expiration information needed to unlock premium features

5. Basic technical data

- Data required for app functionality and reliability (for example, local app state and error conditions)

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs and do not sell personal data.

4. How We Use Data

We process data to:

- Provide core app features

- Sync your data across your Apple devices (if iCloud is enabled)

- Save and show cocktail ratings (including aggregate ratings)

- Validate and restore subscriptions

- Maintain app reliability and security

5. Data Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate Apple platform services used by the App, primarily:

- Apple CloudKit / iCloud

- Apple StoreKit / App Store

We may also disclose data if required by law.

6. Data Storage and Retention

- Local app data is stored on your device.

- Synced data is stored in your iCloud account through Apple CloudKit.

- Rating records in CloudKit public database are retained as needed to provide rating functionality.

- We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

- Disable iCloud sync in Apple settings

- Delete the app to remove local on-device data

- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of data where applicable

8. Children and Age Restrictions

Mixoro is intended for adults and alcohol-related content.  

It is not intended for children.
